DMCA

Welcome to Limut website. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed infringements. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed through our website, please follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) and that access to which is to be disabled, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on the website or the exact location where such material may be found.
  3. Provide your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  4. Include both of the following statements in the body of the notice: "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use). "I hereby state that the information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
  5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Please send the written notification to our designated copyright agent at the following email address: info@duniamr.com

Upon receipt of a proper DMCA notification, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and promptly notify the alleged infringer of your claim. We also will advise the alleged infringer of the DMCA statutory counter-notification procedure described below.

If you believe your material has been removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following:

  1. Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that we have removed or disabled access to.
  2. Provide your full legal name, your mailing address, your telephone number, and, if available, your email address.
  3. Include both of the following statements in the body of the notice: "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.", "I hereby state that the information in this counter-notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the material that was removed or disabled."
  4. Provide your electronic or physical signature.

Please send the counter-notification to our designated copyright agent at the following email address: wgalxczk3@mozmail.com

Upon receipt of a proper counter-notification, we will promptly provide the person who provided the original DMCA notification with a copy of the counter-notification, and inform that person that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in ten (10) business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the alleged infringer, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
